I am excited to share that the 76th episode of The Jewish Drinking Show published today, in which I got to chat with Rabbi Noah Ferro, who is the head rabbi at Northern Hills Synagogue-Congregation B’nai Avraham in Cincinnati. For this episode, we discussed the Talmudic drinking story known as Kamtza and Bar Kamtza, which is found in the Babylonian Talmud on Gittin 55b. One of the fascinating aspects of this story is that it is not typically thought of as a drinking story, yet it’s a key part of the story.
